Guess end this month is the gov financial year end to use up whatever tax payers' money they can before closing if not their yearly budget will decrease if there is a surplus of money not used.

As far as my observation goes, BQ that area is still the safest, never seen raid happen there before for so long. Maybe the authorities open one eye and close one eye to this place as it is a tourist hot spot.
