Mildly savoury and aromatic with gentle porcine flavours, the Hakka noodle drizzled with lard , sesame oil and tossed in pork broth is accompanied by deeply marinated Char siu. Caramelized crispy outside with charred edges and tender soft melt in the mouth effect.
