The type where you can soak in hot/cold pools, have a steam/sauna, get a back rub, chill out in a cosy lounge and get a foot massage, manicure/pedicure, have a meal and lastly, have a massage. Oh Okay.....will probably be staying near the Raffles City area, but so long as it does not involve a cross-country trip I suppose a joint in the Chaoyang District should be fine. Price is not really an issue but I also don't want to be paying RMB10K per person for a session...hehehehe.....

In Shanghai and Guangzhou, such joints (at least those I have been to) are independent joints and not part of a hotel.
