Does any bro here knows whether if there is infection on the penis, for example yeast infection on penis, can we see a skin doctor (dermatologist) ?

anything that has something to do with ur penis, it is best to see doctors dealing with STDs, because u never know what u are getting.

Just curious...anybody here have knowledge if testing neg at 8 wks w/o any exposures inbetween will the result change at 12wk? Also is there any clinics that provide a test slip to indicate ur status post rapid test?

depends on the type of test you take,
but 8 weeks isn't conculsive for most test.
