11. Mori Dessert Bar

We ordered a Rainbow Crazy Milkshake (215 THB), for obvious reasons, it being girly and the prettiest of them all.

Topped with a slice of cake, decorated with cereals and rainbow sprinkles, a lollipop and whipped cream, which tied in all to its beauty. Not overly sweet, the drink beckons you back for one too many sips.

Mori Dessert Bar: Siam Square Soi 6, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand, Siam Square One 4F | Tel: +66 2 252 3055 | Opening Hours: Daily 9am – 10pm

Nearest BTS: Siam

I had tried these 2 stalls. I not a fan for oily food but my partner loved it.

14. Kiss The Tiramisu

Kiss The Tiramisu is a trendy dessert that originated from Seoul, Korea. The classic dessert turned classy when served in a takeaway wine glass (which is made of plastic).

KTT Original (159 THB) is made right in front of your eyes. Layer by layer, the dessert consists of mascarpone cheese, milk ice cream, lady finger crumbs, espresso powder, cocoa powder and chocolate shavings.

It’s so rich and creamy, I was struggling to ‘kiss’ the tiramisu, but tiramisu lovers would probably make out with it.

Kiss The Tiramisu:Emquartier B Floor, Opposite Emquartier Food Hall, Glass Quartier | Opening Hours: 10am – 10pm

Nearest BTS Station: Phrom pong

Face To Face Noodle House: 4 Levels of Spicy Pan Mee Hotter Than Samyang Noodles

Read more: http://sethlui.com/face-to-face-nood...#ixzz4I7PsAyop

Remember the golden rule: never judge noodles by their colour.

While the noodles may seem dry at first glance due to the lack of any sauce, the onsen egg provides enough liquid to act as a binder when you mix up it all up. The chili flakes seem to disappear from sight, and with comforting yolk coating every strand, there is no warning –or scent- of the Armageddon that is headed your way.

The spiciness doesn’t hit you in the face like a good Mike Tyson knockout. Your mouth registers the chewy texture of the noodles first, then the gentle egg, savoury minced meat and crunchy ikan bilis. Then the chili starts ambushing you from the back at the throat, which then creeps into your mouth and your insides. The kick is strong, and your stomach feels like it’s doing backflips.

Face To Face’s dried chili is definitely not for the faint of heart, and we recommend that those who are unaccustomed to fiery spice to protect their stomachs by drinking milk prior to eating these noodles, or otherwise risk discomfort for the rest of the day.

Thankfully, there are combo sets available, which offer a drink on the side, such as honey lemon and soy milk, at just an extra dollar. Definitely a worthy match to the spicy Korean Samyang noodles.

Expected Damage: $8.90 per pax
Face To Face Noodle House: 180 Kitchener Road, City Square Mall #02-23, Singapore 208539 | Tel: 6595 6595 | 11.00am – 10.00pm | Website | Facebook
