Seafood....... I find Hua Seng Hong the best in Yaowarat though there r cheaper seafood else where in Bangkok........ Shark fin, fish maw n bird nest......... Many many roadside stalls selling at yaowarat....... Peng roti toast, many fillings to choose from but expect a long queue........ Have fun in BKK :D

Sister thank you for posting here. AhSoonNo1 cannot claimed to be expert but my choice in Bangkok to try

Braised Sharks Fin in claypot
Crab Tang Hoon
Pad Thai noodle
Tomyum soup
Green curry
Fried chicken with basil leaves
Steamed fish with chili
Thai salad with chili
Thai hotspot steamboat

In the coming days I shall research and post the address but Bangkok is a big city and travel from one place to another just for one dish will be tough. So my best advice is try to eat all dishes nearby one restaurant.

Maybe bro Treemon99 or anyone can feedback.

Lamb chops
Beef steak

I try to avoid posting at expensive restaurant in my posting and go for cheaper options. All are free to share restaurants here if you come across good food.

Big portion so value for money.
Like the garlic bread as very crispy.

Thank you for your recommendation. I knew of this store.

Acttually I prefer the store in the hawker centre nearby which serves large portion of food. Lunch and Dinner always long queue.

If you are in Thailand, one of the dish to eat is a simple

Pad Thai noodle (a favorite local Thai dish that many restaurants or chef will serve)

I do not suggest you travel to any specific restaurant to eat but you can always eat this dish anywhere in a restaurant.

You can eat this dish in some variety at Golden Mile Complex restaurants but somehow the taste lose out to those you can eat in Bangkok or anywhere in Thailand.
