Hey bros..

Wanted to check what is the 'black out' period for White Card holders and if it has issues on them applying for WP/EP or even PR in SG in future.

I dun suppose they will face case in PRC as money will solve everything there.

Any experienced bro with info on this?

Just wondering what is the white card you are refering to? If it's a pass that they need to stamp then noone will noe the black out period for applying WP or what ever till their case close.

when time comes as in their case is over, they will be inform 2 weeks before hand to get a airticket to go home. after that only a marriage cert can bring them back. but case by case their longterm pass will usually be shorter than the rest. they can forget bout coming back as WP,EP,SP or Student Pass. hope this little info helps

Now from Sg to M'laysia i dont think you need that white card anymore. Now they just see your passport and the work, student etc. entry/exit permit
