Yupz, the police will not interfere with this case unless it was reported by the victim. Its a sad fact... Otherwise, my suggestion as follows (i dun know how to do it, but idea there lah);

1. Set up a POLLing online, send to many people, just like the way NKF case was being handled, ask them to vote for police to auto-handle.
2. At the same time, alert the various news, etc to keep report this everyday and go interview people on the street on how they felt, pressure the authorities and our "GREAT" leaders
3. People who knows this girl should talk to her to step forward and report
4. People who knows the whereabout of this gal to help report to the police if the girl is scared to report to avoid being bashed again.

Summary, we have ideas each, but no one to action. So, hope these reporters who camp around this forum read this and help out...

I am not condoning such acts. I do also pity those victims. From my teens till now, I have seen such teens fights and adults fights, I sometimes have helped by interfering by moving in to stop it (provided that I gauged that it would be safe for me as I can handle the situation). Otherwise I would interfere by shouting at them at a distance, and they would usually scramble away like rats (thot they are like heros and heroines when they whacked the helpless victim). But of course I had also just walked away, as I would put myself in danger if I disturb them.

When I was in my pri sch and lower sec sch days, I, myself, have been in fights a few times. Once or twice to fend my sis from her bullies. A few times for myself from my own bullies. And of course when others bully you, you are, more often than not, smaller size and built than them. On some very rare occasions, I still manage to win. Most of the times, I can only fight them off, with me badly injured (the bullies only suffer minor injuries) but still fighting (if you stop fighting back, they will only whack you up viciously like what happen to that little girl). One or two times, I lost to them and was whacked until so badly that I couldn't even move and thot I was going to die, only able to recover myself at least half an hr to an hr later they left.

One good thing about bullies is that when you fight back, they will lose interest in bullying you again and start bullying others, unless they have nothing better to do. They only enjoy bullying people, not fighting.

LOOK MAN, IF THE GIRL DID NOT MAKE ANY POLICE REPORT, our super inefficient Singapore Police Force will not be able to solve the case. The video looks so blur and grainy and I doubt the police here is so good to solve it. They are not like the amercian FBI. I haven't seen the clip yet but I've read about it from a few sources. Despite the cries for the culprits to be brought to Justice, it seems that the flat-foots will take action only if a report is lodged. Not very proactive but it seems that that's the direction things are going.
