Reason for starting this thread is to welcome bros here to contribute
on comments on this issue: "Why Thai gers like to lie & cry easily"

I jus receive a call from a dancer I know from Thai disco. She cried saying that I did not take care of her when she is in SG....

From my past experience with Thai gers, their tears seems to fall easily
when they start to get a bit emotional.

Some could be jus faking it but you will never know when they are for real...
I presume 70 percent are fake if they are WLs........the other 30 percent could be they are just getting emotional at that point of time...

I think it's a Thai thingy. It's not just the girls, but the men doing business too.

They are so afraid to say "no" straight in your face, even if they don't like your business proposal. So you press them, they just keep quiet ignore you until you give up.

Was at Thai Disco recently, saw a guy speaking to a dancer... He seemed to be agitated that the said dancer was with other men. After coming out from doing my business, the same couple, in the same place, except the roles have changed... Instead of saying "He's customer", the girl was crying and saying the guy did not look after her, the guy on the other hand was saying sorry profusely...

Fast forward 30 minutes, the same dancer was drinking merrily with my friend on our table with no hint of any problems...

Not here to point fingers, criticise or anything... But guys who are cheonging in the scene, be it Thai, Viet, Chinese, Timbaktu, etc. These girls' primary intentions are to make money. If it means they need to lie to do so, then so be it. I'm not calling them liars, just that this comes with the job and the territory. For Thai disco dancers, they have quotas to meet. These are in the form of minimum number of ladies drinks in their names. You want exclusivity, you go there the whole 14 days that they are working in the disco, buy all the drinks to meet their quota (and some more so they make some money) and maybe you get it... If not, take these dancers as public property.

Imagine a salesman selling you an item, by telling you that he uses the same item and gives you his recommendations and experiences, he is actually empathising with you need to consume the product. So what if he doesn't own the bloody product. It's a lie, but it fits into the need you have at the showroom and you will subscribe to his lie... What's the difference with FLs, dancers, WLs, etc... If they lie to you telling they love you, does that not mean more income through more patronage?

Cheongsters should treat these service providers as providing a public service and therefore should understand the intricate rules of the game.

Btw, as I was about to leave the disco that night... I again went to the toilet (drank copious amounts of alcohol that night). On the way there, I witnessed a scene of a man and a young dancer. They were talking animatedly. I completed my interactions with the urinal and as I came out of the toilet, the dancer was crying and the guy began hugging her... Different guy, different dancer... Same ending... Sigh...

A funny thing happened while i was in pattaya over the weekend. I was at this internet "cafe" and beside me were these 2 Thai ladies.. the dark skin types which I assume should be bar girls...
Saw them logging on their hotmail... and saw many ang mo names... 1 subject caught my attention and it was "MISS YOU XXXXX" so funny and its from a particular Micheal something.... then also saw them logging onto this particular "Dating Service" website where I saw many pics of ang mo men... must've been candidates who'd responded to her ads. *LOL*

A funny thing happened while i was in pattaya over the weekend. I was at this internet "cafe" and beside me were these 2 Thai ladies.. the dark skin types which I assume should be bar girls...

Confirmed. Majority if not all. What i meant is if a sponsor is willing to give the amount she requested, from a wl point of view, there are still potential for a better deal instead of being royal to only the current sponsor.
Other than that, They will say i owed u too much,feel kreng jai u have to work so hard. i,m boring and need to look for a job.The first step to freedom from sponsor checking her royalty.
Many men including me are "kiasu" that our gal will "chow chu" behind our back once we sponsor them. For Thai disco dancers, they have quotas to meet. These are in the form of minimum number of ladies drinks in their names. You want exclusivity, you go there the whole 14 days that they are working in the disco, buy all the drinks to meet their quota (and some more so they make some money) and maybe you get it... If not, take these dancers as public property...got to agree wif bro farark on this... somethings to add on for those who have never or intended to hook-up those dancers, pls bear in mind their LDs quota is 250 glasses for 14 days. to break it down, its almost 18 glasses per nite. tell me, will any of those dancers stay wif u the whole nite for dat miserable 4 glasses?!

however, on the other side of the story, these dancers are being forced to move around the place to milk those LDs. honestly, not many dancers can meet the quota set by the management. those who frequent TD can sense that the dancers keep changing n very few dancers can come back to work here in SG again.

finally, some exchange points from my personal experience if u seriously wanna hook one of those dancers,

Their punctuality level is the worst...But I gana one time whereby I told one thai ger to meet at a BKK disco called Santica at 9pm & then me & one bro intend to come at 10pm..Nabei she start calling me at 9:15pm to tell me she is already there...This is probably one in 10 cases..hahaha

From my past experience with Thai gers, their tears seems to fall easily
when they start to get a bit emotional.

Some could be jus faking it but you will never know when they are for real...
I presume 70 percent are fake if they are WLs........the other 30 percent could be they are just getting emotional at that point of time...

as for the tears & drama-mama... its hard to tell if its for real or not. some may have been well-trained like taiwanese soap opera actresses, others might have adopted the stephen chow's <喜剧之王> tactics to win the man's compassion.... tears are nevertheless secreted from the tear glands, we still have to hand it to them for summoning their tears from nowhere. its not easy, and can be painful to force the tears too.

I still prefer to be a consumer where I can buy the fish straight from the market, or supermarket.

I have friends who tell me they are sick and tired from going to market to buy fish and decided to fish themselves.

But after a while, u can only see the lines of frustrations forming on their faces. Aiya, life only so short, why make things so difficult for ourselves when we can just buy it off the shelves?

One thing for sure, if people want to think that their bait can get a mermaid, then mermaids don't appear in nite scenes as hostesses, PRs, bar ladies waiting to earn LDs from us.

Many have a wrong conception where they think the fishes they bait in pubs or nite spots are mermaids.

If I want to have a mermaid as my wife, looking at nite spots and brothels are wrong places.

The one and only time I brought a TG there was in 1998 and even then it was a known place. This also explains to you why we have tourism problems... We only have Sentosa and Orchard Road.

Err... Don't think the person who started the Sentosa shit is bro category, more like uncle... This tradition very long oredi... The one and only time I brought a TG there was in 1998 and even then it was a known place. This also explains to you why we have tourism problems... We only have Sentosa and Orchard Road.

No pressure at all whatsoever, I will politely talk to them, buy them two drinks on the rare occasion when I feel like it, my body language usually tells them that they will not squeeze. Perhaps I've been lucky that I've not have returns so far...

On the issue of parking on our table, I empathise with them. Ultimately they have to make a living... They're not in the disco like us as paying patrons, but as service providers with targets and budgets to make. By making the daily quotas, they don't get much to take back to Thailand. Of course they will try their best to hook somebody. I'm in sales, so perhaps that's why I will empathise with them, I've hardly done a sale in my life by not being very friendly with my customer...

Bo pian leh, sometimes must hard sell when target is not met. If not how to make ends meet (i.e. make enough so the trip is a fruitful and profitable one)? End of day, willing buyer, willing seller... Like in all transactions, be it a commodity, a property, a car, etc. You sometimes get the deal and sometimes you get lemons.

On the issue of PRs, I don't know, haven't heard of this when hearing from my friends in TD who like to buy LDs. I see them more as short term players, to get as many chuaying patrons as they can.

I had some experiences with thai disco singers and dancers in thai disco that Keet and Farak know about. ONLY thing that makes things happen is $$$. Sometimes, when I get high, I might buy malais (flowers) for the singers, drinks for dancers and the amount spent could end up to be something I would regret the next day. What do I get? My name being mentioned when singers come on stage and sing, dj mentioned my name when they see me when they switch over to disco songs. I have friends who have spend thousands and got to lay some good ones there too. In the end, is there true love? Well, yes and no.. Yes, if you are the luckiest bastard in the world that kena toto... NO, is normal.

What is the answer do you expect to get when you ask them "mee fan mai?" you expect them to say YES??? then you are just asking a very stupid question to fool yourself. Of course they will say NO. They will say you are the only ONE they like or even love, then they will hug you and rub you to make you feel so special. Next thing you know, they are saying the exact same things to the next customer and the next and the next. They have to cast a very big net so that there is 1 or 2 guys that will eventually support them even if they go back to thailand.

I was telling Keet the other day that we are like money trees. They rub and shake us the right way, money will automatically fall out of our pockets in into their pockets. Other thing we talked about was that when they are here for the sting of 2 weeks, they probably have a list of items that they must get before they go back. Handphones, digital cameras, gold rings, bracelets or necklaces. They might be doing a check list of items that they have not gotten and will try to get them night after night.

Lets not kid ourselves with them, we love them thai girls, we pay for things they like or want. In other words, we are just BUYING them their time so that we can talk to them and be close to them. You want to find a gem that dont want money and be with you forever? There are some. But bros, think how hard it is to tiok toto 1st. Same thing here.
